Please download, print and complete the Proxy Form, if you or a member of your household is unable to attend the Annual HOA Meeting. A Proxy Form is a legal documentation that can be used by homeowners when they want to delegate their right to vote at a HOA meeting to another homeowner.
*PLEASE NOTE: In order to meet quorum, homeowner must submit a Proxy Form to the HOA Board no later than 24 hours prior to the Annual Meeting.

Remedy a Violation means to bring structure or to stay in compliance with the Hampton Farms II HOA Covenants or ordinances. This is implemented and enforced in order to protect every homeowner's investment.

Architectural Review and Decision Form (ARC Request Form) must be completed and submitted to Property Management PRIOR to any building of structure. This includes must is not limited to: fences, in-ground pools, storage, sheds, etc.
*PLEASE NOTE: Approval is based on completion of ARC Request Form, required layout/documentation, and payment of HOA Association Fees.
